We are so excited about our new website and blog! We are constantly learning about real estate through experiences, podcasts, articles, and videos, and we want to share our knowledge with our community through the written word. The purpose of this blog is to educate our readers on all things real estate… and maybe a few off-topic articles along the way. If you have any suggestions on topics, please contact us!

We simply adore all our clients. However, if you have already read the “about” section on our website, you know that my (Evyn’s) passion is working with first-time homebuyers. With my background in education, I think I love this area so much because it allows me to be a teacher again. When Thomas and I get to experience home-buying with people who are completely new to the process, it gives us the privilege of being by their sides during one of the most important milestones in their lives. We enjoy developing relationships with our buyers throughout each step of the way and watching them expand their understanding of interest rates, types of loans, legalities of real estate, and the value of having a licensed REALTOR® handling all issues in an ethical and professional manner. It is just as satisfying when we work with clients who have not bought or sold a house in many years and the process has drastically changed since their last experience. No matter the scenario, all our clients are equally important to us and we LOVE helping them turn their dreaming into a dwelling!
